Buti Yoga is new to Muscular Connection and we are thrilled to introduce it. Gaining immense popularity on the west coast this style of yoga is making its way to the east. This is a trademarked style of fitness that combines cardio training, tribal dance and dynamic yoga asanas into a workout. It is challenging enough to add it in to any workout.
Beginners are welcomed and encouraged. We all began one day! you will learn the more you come. Approach class with a beginners mindset and have fun trying out the movements. YOU DO NOT need to do everything you see. Do what you can and just try some others. The more you come, the more you will adapt. Expect to have fun, giggle and open up to a new world of fitness.
