Barre/with Core.  Strengthen and tone.  Increase core strength for support of your back and joints.
a weak core contributes to sprains, strains, aches and pains.  Paula will have you breaking a sweat without pounding the ground.  Isometric muscle conditioning is low impact but intense enough to burn calories.  Don't forget your water and a towel.
