Muscular Connections puts its own twist on it as well. We aim to keep all classes beginner friendly and we stay clear of extremes. This means we do not incorporate styles such as Burpees, Jumps, box jumps, dumbbells and other crossfit style moves. We remain cognizant of joint health and want to welcome those who may not be ready or have a desire for these types of workouts. Workouts will not lack the results you desire. Your joints and longevity are a priority.
