Welcome to Muscular Connections. As a warm welcome, we invite you to try as many classes as possible from March 1st - March 7th. We encourage you to book at least 3 classes with different instructors to experience the variety of classes we offer. Bring your indoor sneakers for all except Yoga and Pilates. Mats are provided but you are welcome to bring your own. Must reserve a spot in class before hand, as with free weeks, walk-ins may not be available. Classes are strictly capped at 20 participants to guarantee freedom of movement! Tips jars will be available for instructors as they are participating in FREE WEEK as well.
