Dynamic Flow (also known as stretch and mobility) is designed to help your body move with greater ease and freedom. This class blends gentle, controlled stretches with dynamic mobility sequences to release tension, increase joint range of motion, and lengthen tight muscles. Using the reformer’s supportive resistance, you’ll work through flowing transitions that encourage circulation, improve posture, and enhance body awareness. Perfect for balancing out more intense training, it’s a highly beneficial option for active recovery, injury prevention, and maintaining long-term joint health. You’ll leave feeling looser, lighter, and more aligned.
