New to reformer or keen to go back to the basics? Enter reformer Foundations; With no prior experience needed, your teacher will guide you through a supportive, technique-focused reformer class that builds confidence and body awareness through precise movement and breathwork.


Foundations is designed to help you master the essentials of reformer Pilates. In this class, we slow things down to focus on correct body alignment, safe movement patterns, and effective breathing techniques. Each exercise is broken down into clear, manageable steps, allowing you to connect with your body and understand how the reformer works. You can expect a balanced mix of strength, flexibility, and control-based exercises, with plenty of time for individual guidance and correction. This class is perfect for building a solid Pilates foundation that will support you in more advanced sessions later on.

This class is suitable for beginners, those returning to Pilates after a break, or anyone who wants to refine their technique and form.
