Join us for a transformative 4-hour Mini Retreat where you’ll experience a series of practices designed to enhance your physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

Included Practices:

  1. Cacao Ceremony
    Engage in this ancient ritual to cultivate connection, gratitude, intention, and reciprocity. A grounding experience to open the heart and mind.
  2. Body Tapping & Mobility
    Enhance your body’s balance and flexibility, complementing other physical activities for improved mobility and energy flow.
  3. Well + Being Body Therapies:
    • Red Light Therapy: Boost recovery, reduce inflammation, and promote overall wellness.
    • Salt Float Therapy: Deep relaxation in a sensory deprivation pool to calm the mind and restore the body.
    • Infrared Sauna: Detoxify, relax, and rejuvenate with the soothing heat of infrared light.
    • Contrast Therapy: Alternating between Infrared Sauna and Cold-Water Immersion to stimulate circulation and promote recovery.
  4. Breathwork
    Learn optimal breathing mechanics to stay calm, centered, and relaxed, especially in stressful situations. Gain powerful tools for everyday well-being and mental clarity.

 
Expected Outcomes:

By the end of the retreat, you will:
