Join us for an inspiring and informative session where Brendan Reid—author, health coach (non-practicing), public health student, and software engineer—shares his transformative story of losing 50kg and maintaining that weight loss over the past decade.
Peta Carter, our Nurse/Naturopath, will provide her unique perspective on Brendan’s journey, followed by a debrief from our Founder and Master Health Coach on the strategies that worked. Metabolic Health Coach Kirsty Sutton will then dive into the deeper aspects of behaviour change and how it plays a crucial role in long-term success.
The session will conclude with a Q&A, where Brendan will answer your questions and offer further insights into his weight loss experience.
