Join us for a special Mental Health Awareness Week event with the 445 Run Club! We’ll kick off with the usual 445 run loop and finish at Well+Being, where our movement coaches will guide you through a connective stretch and breathwork class. In collaboration with the inspiring "Everyday Solitude," we’ll close with a signature gratitude circle, followed by a delicious protein porridge bowl, powered by @InlineNutrition. It’s the perfect way to move, reflect, and celebrate one another 🧡

Please bring along a KOHA donation, as all proceeds will be donated to the Mental Health Foundation
