Stress is a healthy biological response that helps us tackle modern life's many demands. It only becomes problematic when it's out of tune resulting in burnout, fatigue, sleep disturbances and chronic illnesses.

Lee Tan, Master Health Coach/Pharmacist will guide you through the mechanics of stress physically, mentally and emotionally. You will learn to recognise and avoid your stressors and find quick effective stress hacks and learn how to transform stressful experiences into growth opportunities.

Jack Synnott, Breathwork Coach will help you connect your body to mind via breathe- it is the most efficient and quickest way to activate the Parasympathetic Nervous System so you can rest and digest.
