Align and engage your body in our Reformer Pilates class.  For those new to movement or reformer pilates.


On our state-of-the-art carriages, Reformer uses pilates principles and spring-loaded tension to create a unique resistance training experience. Ideal for loading the joints, muscles and bones in a low-impact yet highly effective beginner-friendly workout, this class will target the muscles that control our posture, stability, balance and core strength.
