Spice up your workout routine with our circuit-style class suitable for all levels of fitness and experience. This faster-paced class combines classical mat Pilates with reformer repertoire to create a unique experience that promises to leave a little sweaty with some pep in your step.

This class is suitable for all levels, Reformer experience is helpful but not essential
