Yoga Kumar offers a 21-day Meditation Mandala program to anyone who seeks to increase the ability to ease through life, independent of many turbulences that life brings. To focus inwardly through meditation in the mornings are highly effective in getting one ready to face the rest of the day.

The Meditation Mandala will be practiced for 21 consecutive days, both in the studio and online.  Each session will be conducted by Master Ankan.  It will consist of special breathing exercises, specific meditation techniques and relaxation. During the Mandala, practical tools will be offered to deal with challenging situations in life when they arise.

We offer both studio and online lessons for this course.

Recommended for all levels.
