SUNDAY 28 MAY at 10:45 - In this FOCUS CLASS we will center our practice on a series of synchronized yoga asanas and paired breathing exercises. This lesson will move the body in smooth transitions between asanas and asana families.

The focus is not about the final position but about the progression and building the connection between asanas, focus point and breath. These asanas are combined systematically building continuity while sequenced through multiple series of smooth movements.

We recommend this class to people who want to gain flexibility, core strength and build peace within the mind because when the asana, breath and focus point are in balance, it becomes easier to find true peace within the mind.
