Do you want your dog to wait on a bed or mat while guests enter your home? Would you like them to stay put on their bed while you prepare dinner or help your children with their homework?Starting with the basics and building their ability to confidently remain in one place while increasing duration and adding distractions + distance. These skills can also be used for obedience, Rally and agility.
Age Requirements: Dogs must be 5 months or older to participate in this workshop.
Pre-Reqs: This is a group class. Dogs who have trouble focusing on food in the presence of other dogs/people or have a history of reactivity towards dogs and/or people should work on these skills via private lessons. Additionally, dogs need to have a basic understanding of basic skills (sit, down, etc).
