Each puppy will have the chance to meet Ali, up close and personal, outside of the salon. No scary strangers here! Your pup will soak up the love - and gobble up the treats - while Ali breaks it down for you:

- Learn about your puppy’s unique coat type, brushing needs, and styling options.
- Differentiate between aesthetic concerns and health needs - the answers might surprise you!
- Find out what goes into different grooming services, so you can schedule with confidence.
- Get no-nonsense advice on grooming tools, scheduling, and what you should (and shouldn’t!) be doing at home between grooms.
Puppies and their parents will also get to meet Pamela and be led on a brief “private tour” of our professional grooming room:
- Sample our yummy treats and fun training games while being introduced to the sights, sounds, and smells of the salon.
- Stand on the table, hop in the tub. Your pup can see and sniff all our tools, while you get ideas at-home training that can translate to grooming room success.
- Discover the pieces of the grooming picture that might be hardest for your individual pup. Learn ways you can approximate those elements at home, preparing your puppy with common household items
- Develop goals you can communicate with your groomer in advance - so you get the most out of your appointments,without losing sight of the “long game” - which is to build your puppy’s tolerance and cooperation for future visits to the groomer, the vet, and beyond!
