spots leftIf you're familiar with the AKC version of Fetch or perhaps you've taken one of our Fetch classes, the higher levels of this game require more advanced skills which this workshop will introduce.
We will focus on:

- Waiting for a verbal release. In the Advanced and Retriever levels of the game, you are not allowed to hold your dog's collar.
- Introducing a bumper. At this level, dogs are required to fetch only a bumper or a ball (rather than some other toy).
- Bringing a bumper/ball back to your hand.
- Blind retrieves - retrieving a bumper/ball from behind a "blind" or a barrier.
- Sending and retrieving in the order you specify (e.g. left then center)
Number of Dogs per Workshop: 4
Class Duration: 1 hour
Age Requirements: This class is for dogs 6 months and up.
Course pre-reqs: This workshop does require the foundation skills of retrieving a toy and bringing it back to you but if you have the basics and are ready to build on those skills, this is right for you!
