Class Description: Pets experience all the same health benefits from physical activity that humans do: increased performance, decreased risk of injury, lowered stress levels, better sleep habits, and a healthier body and mind! Fitness stimulates both the dog’s brain and body and helps prevent injury as they go through their lives. This workshop is designed to help you and your dog develop fundamental canine conditioning skills, including proper form for positions, canine fitness safety, and exercises to improve strength, flexibility, balance, and stamina. With a strong foundation, progressing fitness skills comes naturally and more safely. Whether you’re looking to keep your dog happy and healthy, or have a canine athlete, all dogs will benefit from learning these foundation fitness skills.
