Trauma sensitive yoga can help reduce the symptoms of trauma. It offers a safe way to explore choice making and empowerment by noticing your body breathing, moving, stretching and resting in a safe and supportive environment. Classes are limited to 10 participants and led by an experienced teacher with specialized training.
Cost = $90 pp.
