Want to feel better? Do you have trouble sleeping? Do you get headaches? Do you feel numb? Do you feel distracted? Maybe trauma sensitive yoga can help you feel a bit better.

Trauma sensitive yoga can help reduce the symptoms of trauma. It offers a safe way to explore choice making and empowerment by noticing your body breathing, moving, stretching and resting in a safe and supportive environment. Classes are limited to 10 participants and led by an experienced teacher with specialized training.

Cost = $90 pp.

No experience at all is necessary and Michelle available and happy to answer any questions at all.
