A 4 week course with a big focus on reclaiming our bodies and our Yoga as a divine practice of love, honesty and inspiration. This course is designed for anyone who has ever looked in the mirror and experienced thoughts of their body and/or it's parts being too big/too small/too saggy/too whatever.  

Using simple, accessible Yoga asanas suitable for all levels, shapes, sizes and ages we will quiet the mind and appreciate what we have as we are. We will touch on (and lovingly smash) the modern challenges we all face to find self acceptance in the current climate of diet culture industry, fat phobia and body image.
 
The deepest roots of Yoga and it's profound healing potential lie waiting in every one of us.
Learn how to choose love over shame and really love your time on the mat.
