Hatha Yoga finally together again! This will be a 1 hour session at the Ballarat Lawn Tennis Club, just off Gillies St. If you park in the Hockey field carpark you will see the tennis courts to the left of the field. All classes will be in the last court to your left. You can walk straight over to the court from the carpark, just head left and around. PLEASE BE AWARE - During Covid restrictions there are NO toilets so please go before you come to class!
Current livestream members please use the $10 class option, non members please use a regular casual or 5/10 class pass.
BYO mat essential, and blocks are handy if you have them. BYO bottle of water and a smile :-)
