Yoga for bigger bodies is about celebrating your practice as you are. Every body is a Yoga body! Everyone is welcome, including complete beginners. All sizes are welcome. Come and see how you can personalise your practice to suit your body. 

Michelle is a lawyer, mother, Yoga practitioner of over 10 years and most recently, Yoga teacher. She is a certified Yoga for all teacher having completed training focused on making yoga accessible to all body types and sizes, and all ages and abilities.

We believe Yoga is for everybody - but not every version of every pose is for everybody. You can make a pose fit your body rather than trying to make your body fit the pose. Knowing how to modify poses will allow you to take your Yoga practice into your own hands, and perhaps enjoy your practice even more.

Come as you are. Use what you have. Do what you can.
