This brand new class is for seekers of peace, quiet and inner awareness. We begin with some gentle Yoga asanas before moving into seated or reclined Meditation. Around 30 minutes of each class is dedicated to mindful techniques gathered from both ancient wisdom and modern neuroscience to find relaxation and stillness. A variety of Mantras, Pranayama, and Yoga Nidra will be presented to allow individuals to feel for themselves the benefits of deep relaxation and presence. All levels including complete beginners are very welcome.
