Our quietest class with a focus on turning inward and learning to be
still. Each class will feature meditation plus primarily floor based
asanas. We use bolsters and props to individually suit each body
then stay for up to 5 minutes, stretching deeply into a specific
target area. Classes may also feature crystal singing bowls,
mindfulness, Yoga Nidra and philosophical themes. Perfect both for
people needing a therapeutic stretch as well as those curious about
the spiritual side of Yoga. This class is 75 minutes, allowing extra time to explore meditation.
