Every Other Sunday we will have a relaxing morning Yoga Class . Optional : share if you want a poem or piece of literature.. Have a nice peaceful class Bring extra blankets or sweaters or eye pillows for a nice Savasana, So we will begin with sharing anything heartfelt if one chooses and move into gentle stretching and ending with a comfy Savasana. 1 hour class . I'm in Gig Harbor every other week . So I plan on having this twice a month . ~Kimber
