This is our most physically demanding class. It is intended for people who have a strong yoga practice and/or a high level of fitness. Less instruction is given for basic poses assuming the students are familiar with those. We will move with the breath, will practice arm balances, challenging back bends and inversions at the wall. Music is motivating and can be loud.
