NEW at AHA Yoga! Saturday Sweet Treats are single short and sweet basic yoga practices offered only on Saturdays during Winter Term 2020. Registration is on-line or, upon EARLY arrival, available at the door (cash or check), for a single one-hour session.
Be sure to bring your yoga mat and get ready to unwind, refresh, and shine!
