An All-New 8-Week Course,

with Virginia Hill at Alligator Yoga.

Build a potent foundation of classical yogic practices so you finally feel your unique power and poignant importance in this wondrous world – in 8 wondrous weeks.

Your body has moved from whispering to YELLING at you — and you know it’s time to take better care of yourself. Yoga may feel intimidating or complicated, but your whole being knows it’s true medicine.

In this series, you’ll build a strong foundation of classical yoga — movement, breath, relaxation, and meditation — so you feel calmer, stronger, and more at home in your precious body.

Purchase of tuition for EASY YOGA also confirms your agreement to the full Waiver & Release and Terms & Conditions; you must complete this form online here. You understand that this form must be completed online PRIOR to attendance, and that there are no refunds. Great news is you only need to complete this form once!

🌸 What You’ll Experience

  • Gentle movement and breath practices that restore energy and steadiness.

  • Relaxation and meditation that calm the nervous system.

  • Mudra, mantra, and simple spiritual teachings you can carry into daily life.

  • The support of an experienced teacher and a like-hearted community.

🌙 Your 8-Week Journey includes -

Week 1: Sweet & Steady Foundations — stability in pelvis & legs.
Week 2: Breath Is the Bridge — soften tension, free your diaphragm.
Week 3: Center of Power — awaken core vitality & confidence.
Week 4: Spine of Awareness — open your central channel.
Week 5: Flow into Awareness — refine coordination & focus.
Week 6: Twist & Awaken — fresh perspective & adaptability.
Week 7: The Still Point Within — meditation & unshakable calm.
Week 8: Whole & Holy — integration, joy, and wholeness.

✨ Benefits You’ll Take With You

  • A calmer nervous system and simple tools to recharge.

  • Greater strength and steadiness in your body.

  • The confidence to enter into any  yoga classroom in the future.

  • Resources to continue your practice and expand the benefits long after the course has ended.

  • A deeper sense of belonging and joy in daily life.

Across the 8 weeks, you’ll explore gentle warm-ups and hip openers, standing poses like Warrior and Triangle, flowing sequences and Sun Salutations, core-strengthening practices, twists for digestion and renewal, balancing postures like Tree and Half Moon, restorative stretches, breath training, breath extension, and guided systematic relaxation and meditation.

Each week builds on the last, helping you grow steadier, stronger, and more at ease in both body and mind. Your teacher has TONS of training on how to modify practices and provide variations, so they fit YOUR body, needs, and comfort, and just the right amount of challenge.

We will also have fun with yoga props such as blocks, bolsters, blankets, sand weights, pillows, and straps. You will learn how and why each is used, and how adding yoga props to your practice refines your alignment and makes your physical sensations more comfortable or challenging so your yoga is the most beneficial it can be. You will also learn what basic household items you can use at home for the same results.

Maybe you’ve spent years pouring your energy into everyone else — showing up, caring, holding it all together — until your own body slipped to the bottom of the list. In this course, you’ll relearn how to listen inward, rest when you need to, and rebuild vitality so you can rise renewed, with joy instead of exhaustion.

Each session, we meet at our beautiful, serene space at 305 East Duval Street, Suite 101, in Lake City Florida, which is always curated with thoughtfulness to prepare it for rich practice. Ample parking is steps away form the front door, and additional public parking is available across the street.  Great care has been put into this course as well as the design and maintenance of this studio space -- even fresh flowers! -- and ample props so that it is an inviting, nurturing container for you to explore and develop your own inner capacities.

Please BRING YOUR YOGA MAT.  All other props (bolsters, blankets, blocks, hand weights, eye pillows, straps, etc.) are provided; if you have preferred personal props, feel free to bring those!

Come take your seat. It’s not too late to start. In fact, it’s right on time.

Looking forward to seeing you on the mat.  I am so blessed and grateful to be able to bring yoga and meditation to our little neck of the woods; it could not happen without you, so thank you for being a part of this yoga community!

Connect with me if you have any questions; I would love to hear from you.
