Support your body's natural cleanup and defense system through this 4-part yoga series
designed to stimulate lymphatic flow and ease stagnation. Each session focuses on a
specific region of the lymphatic system, combining breathwork, intentional movement, self-
massage, and deep rest for a complete, integrative practice.
This series will introduce the basics of lymphatic function and help you better understand
how to support your body’s own system, often referred to as your “river of health.” You’ll
leave with simple, practical tools to support the natural rhythm of the lymphatic system,
encourage flow, reduce congestion, and feel more connected to your body.
Week 1: Cervical (Neck + Head + Traps)
Includes glymphatic system, self-massage of the face and head, and Yoga Nidra. We begin
with movement focused around space in the neck and shoulders, inviting release through
the jaw, face and ears to support flow from the head and allow the system to settle into
rest.
Week 2: Axillary (Arms + Chest)
Includes self-massage, pumping, breathwork, and simple daily movements. This session
creates openness across the arms, chest and shoulders, using breath and fluid, repetitive
movement to encourage circulation through the axillary nodes.
Week 3: Inguinal & Abdomen (Abdomen + Hips + Legs)
Abdomen and lower body focus. We move with the breath through the center of the body,
using gentle twists and compression to awaken the abdomen, while rhythmic movement
and muscle engagement in the legs support the upward flow of fluid against gravity,
encouraging a sense of lightness and release.
Week 4: Full Body Integration
Includes self-massage, Yoga Nidra, and movement. The final session brings everything
together through steady, intentional movement and guided touch, supporting the natural
pathways of the lymphatic system before transitioning into deep rest, allowing the body to
integrate, restore, and optimize overall flow.
