Strengthen your whole body in ways that do not compromise your spine. While this class is open to anyone, it is specifically designed for individuals with back conditions such as scoliosis, herniation, spinal fusion, chronic back pain, etc.
No strength training experience is required. Beginners are welcome.
This class is limited to 5 participants and enrolls on a monthly basis. Classes take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10:30am for a total of 8 classes per month. Cost: $200/month
