Free Community Workshop: The Vagus Nerve – What is it and Why does it matter?

Taught by Sandra
May 6, 2026 7:00 pm · 1 hour In Studio Free

In a fast-paced world, it’s easy to feel like we always need to be “on.” While staying active can feel energizing, many of us struggle to truly rest—even when we know we need it.

Both energy and rest are deeply connected to the nervous system. Through simple practices like breathwork, gentle movement, and meditation, we can begin to support the body in finding more balance.

Join Sandra for this free, one-hour community workshop to explore how to build mindful awareness and experience these tools in your own body. You’ll leave with practical techniques to help you feel more grounded, calm, and restored.

This event is sponsored by the WIM Om-azing scholarship, while participation is free, pre-registration is required. This session will be offered both in studio and virtually.
