Come move with us as the sky shifts from blue to gold in a slow, grounded flow that follows the rhythm of the setting sun. We’ll start with a gentle, energizing sequence to shake off the day, then ease into cooling, earth‑based postures as the stars begin to appear. This practice is all about reconnecting with your own inner light while soaking in the quiet beauty of Harvest Fields.
