This monthly breathwork series offers a quiet, supportive space to slow down and reconnect. Each gathering begins with an opening circle for intention setting and gentle reflection, followed by a restorative breathing practice designed to calm the nervous system, encourage rest, and support healing. We’ll close with time for journaling and personal reflection, allowing you to integrate the experience before returning to your week.

You may attend a single session or commit to the series and intentionally carve out this time for yourself in the months ahead. 

What to bring: cozy clothes, socks, and, f you prefer: your own yoga mat, eye mask, blanket, and a journal.

Dana Mitra holds certifications as a breath work practitioner and as a life coach. She blends these modalities in a music-forward class that guides you through a restorative breathing practice designed to release stuck energy and to re-align your energy and clarity.
