I get by "with a little help from my friends." Not just a Beetles song, this is also the moto of the knee. Being the midpoint between the ankle and the hip, the knee is greatly influenced by what's going on both "up the chain" and "down the chain." In this workshop we'll explore the inter-relatedness of the ankle, knee and hip as well as exploring self-myofascial massage, functional movements, strength training exercises and yoga poses that help support knee health.
