Robin Berntsen

Robin’s classes welcome you to come just as you are. Her classes are created with the idea that by practicing curiosity, and compassion, we can find space, ease, and better understanding within ourselves. In the last few years, she’s found herself fascinated learning about our nervous systems and how they can be affected by trauma, and has gone on to learn about tools we can use to help self-regulate and co-regulate our systems. With asana (movement), pranayama (breath), and exploration of the subtle body, Robin seeks to integrate knowledge of current neuroscience based strategies to help support our internal and external overload in these modern times. 

With that said! Expect her classes to encourage choice, curiosity, and accessibility in a light-hearted space. 

When not in the studio, Robin can be found laughing at her own jokes, dancing, camping, canoeing in all parts of Maine, and scheming about the next adventure.
