Barre & Beats + Stretch is a low-impact, high-vibe strength, movement and stretch class. Think: Pilates meets yoga—using bodyweight resistance, light weights, a chair for balance, a yoga mat, and sometimes resistance bands to mix things up. We'll always spend the last 10 minutes of class stretching out all the muscles we just worked.
🎵 This class is all about building strength and flexibility—not just in our bodies, but in our collective resilience. Expect an energizing playlist full of bops across genres: pop, hip hop, R&B, funk, electronic, and whatever else gets us moving and grooving together.
