Join us for BBB, baby! You know you want to come to a Bad Bunny Barre & Beats! If you're already listening to Bad Bunny on repeat, you can easily translate these moves to your kitchen and get a workout at home.
This class fuses pilates and yoga using body resistance, exercise balls, blocks, light weights, and a chair for balance to support you while we all shake it together to Bad Bunny songs. Ey! Variations offered for beginners, so this class is for everyone! Stretching is offered throughout, so you'll leave feeling balanced, strong, and uplifted.
Barre is all about creating strength and stability for functional movement, so this is practical stuff and a fabulous reason to come together under the disco ball. Feel free to wear your favorite dancing outfit. Imagine Bad Bunny would be there (dream!), think of an outfit, and wear that! Or whatever else you want ;)
About your instructor:
Alayna Lynne (she/her) a certified yoga, prenatal yoga, and barre instructor, and she loves cultivating functional strength through movement and nurturing the relationship between the body and mind. She especially loves the high energy of teaching barre, challenging people to create power and stability for a healthy life outside the studio. As a birth and postpartum doula, she is always offering variations that are appropriate for pregnancy and postpartum and can help people navigate safe, restorative movement in a changing body.
Alayna cares deeply about community, health, equity and access, composting, and supporting people to raise compassionate, thriving kids. In her free time, you will likely find her cooking, climbing on rocks, daydreaming about swimming with whales, and her very favorite thing–adventuring with her son.
