We are all living in the reality of great challenge nowadays. Collectively, there is more uncertainty, anger, and fear. It is ever more important that we do our part to hold the balance so we’re equipped to stay in love and kindness.
Part of how I hope to be of service in these times is to offer this simple, effective acupuncture protocol to community. Being our best selves every day is possible, and we all need support. Please consider coming as often as I can offer it.
Here’s what to know about this Community Acupuncture hour….
- AcuDetox or NADA protocol is administered across healing settings around the globe for disaster relief, trauma recovery, addictions, and behavioral or mental health support.
- Benefits include:
- Increased calmness
- better sleep
- decrease in anxiety, agitation, tension
- decreased cravings for alcohol, nicotine, food etc.
- It settles the body and the mind meaning more physical ease and mental stillness.
- The AcuDetox uses five small pins (or beads) in specific sites upon the outer ear. Discomfort is only momentary for some. (Ask me ahead of time if any questions, please).
**This offering is sliding scale, $20-$50. We are also holding 2 spots open for BIPOC to attend free of charge. Email
