🌿 About the Retreat

Join your hosts, Steph & Liz, for a weekend of movement, relaxation, and adventure.

This modern lakeside home includes all the comforts of home β€” a hairdryer, washer/dryer, TV, and fully equipped kitchen.

Unwind in the inviting living room or step outside to the patio, where we’ll hold our classes overlooking the lake. The space features outdoor furniture, a fire pit, and a gas grill, perfect for enjoying serene lakefront evenings.

Enjoy private dock access, kayaks, and the outdoor sauna β€” a rejuvenating way to begin or end each day.

Friday:

  • 4pm Arrival

  • 5pm Opening Circle

  • 5:15pm Slow Flow Yoga on the patio

  • 6:15pm Vegetarian Dinner prepared by our very own private chef

  • 8pm Campfire & S’mores

  • 10pm-7am Quiet Hours


Saturday:

  • 7am Coffee, Tea & Fruit 

  • 8am Dance Cardio on the patio

  • 9:30am Breakfast 

  • 10:30am-12pm Outdoor Activities! Kayaking, Paddle Boarding, swimming, hiking nearby (Bald Mountain or Camden Hills State Park)

  • 12pm Lunch

  • 1pm-5pm Outdoor Activities! Kayaking, Paddle Boarding, swimming, hiking nearby

  • 5:15pm Slow Flow Yoga on the patio

  • 6:15pm Vegetarian Dinner prepared by our very own private chef

  • 8pm Sauna & Lake Plunge Session

  • 10pm-7am Quiet Hours


Sunday:

  • 7am Coffee, Tea & Fruit 

  • 8am Dance Cardio & Closing Circle

  • 9am Breakfast

  • 10am Pack out
