Yoga Flow

This flow style class includes the use of breath and sound to move energy and increase body awareness. Each class will begin with movement and sound to awaken the body and breath, then ease into a vinyasa flow to strengthen the body and build heat, and finish with sound to create connection. You will build strength, focus, and flexibility through functional movement – and have the opportunity for fun while you do it.


All levels welcome.
