Whether you are grieving the loss of a loved one, the state of the country/world, or any experience that feels distressing to you - you are welcome exactly as you are. Come move, be, connect, and find ease.

Come dressed to sit comfortably in a community circle to chat and in clothing that allows you to gently move for our yoga practice.
