Join us for Yoga for Connection on Saturday mornings with Lillian Dougher. 

This is a well rounded yoga class using imagery, metaphors, and breath-work to take us through the flow. Classes are crafted with creative sequencing, alignment, pranayama, and playing with the geometric fits and folds in the body to cultivate more space and openness within. Yoga has the ability to rewire the nervous system and restore bodily functions. It is a longevity practice. A method used to strengthen the body, lubricate the joints, increase flexibility in the muscles and fascia, and ease the mind.
