This 6 week course is designed for those new to yoga, we will guide you through the foundations of a safe and effective yoga practice, helping you build strength, flexibility, and confidence.

Throughout the course, you will:

1. Learn essential yoga postures and proper alignment, ensuring a safe and effective practice.
2. Explore breathwork and relaxation techniques to reduce stress and enhance mental clarity.
3. Develop body awareness and mindfulness, promoting a deeper connection with yourself.
4. Discover the numerous benefits of yoga, including increased strength, flexibility, balance, and overall well-being.

All equipment will be provided, so all you need to bring is an open mind and a willingness to learn. Our experienced instructors will create a supportive and non-judgmental environment, encouraging you to grow and evolve at your own pace.
