My aim as a teacher is to make your yoga experience inclusive, accessible, and as enjoyable as possible ! Even if it's just by 1% as long as you come away from the class feeling better than you did before - that is my plegde to you !

Natasha Slinn

My journey as a yoga practitioner started over 7 years ago and it inspired me so much I've been a teacher of it for 5 years. My early training's &  self practice was heavy inspired and influenced by Ashtanga vinyasa.

But over the years I’ve softened as ive come to enjoy and really appreciate the more subtle practices of yoga - pranayama ( breath work), meditation, yoga nidra ( yogic sleep) mantra/ chanting, study and application of yoga philosophy.

I truly and whole heartedly believe yoga is an accessible and universal practice that has something to offer to everybody no matter how big or small. It doesn’t require you to have any prior knowledge, experience, or to be able to "touch your toes".

Yoga is an incredible tool for self-care, self-improvement and self-discovery. It's a system that offers you the knowledge, skills and application to help heal and better support yourself on your mat and in your everyday life. Whether that be physical, mental or spiritual - it's your choice.

My aim as a teacher is to make your yoga experience inclusive, accessible, and as enjoyable as possible. Even if it's just by 1% as long as you come away from the class feeling better than you did before - that is my pledge to you !

As well as a kundalini yoga instructor I am also a meditation and mindfulness teacher, registered psychotherapist working with adults and children, university lecturer and PhD candidate. I have trained with the spiritual emergency network to manage adverse spiritual awakenings.

Noah Sisson-Curbishley

Kundalini Yoga came into my life by accident over a decade ago after my usual yoga class was cancelled, and from the first class, I was hooked. Having practiced other yoga traditions for many years, I found that Kundalini Yoga brought all the elements I loved, into one structured practice.

As well as a kundalini yoga instructor I am also a meditation and mindfulness teacher, registered psychotherapist working with adults and children, university lecturer and PhD candidate. I have trained with the spiritual emergency network to manage adverse spiritual awakenings.

It is my dharma to share the gift of kundalini yoga technology with others to support and aid in dealing with the stressful times we live in.
