Welcome to our Beginners Pilates 6-Week Course, designed to help you build a solid foundation in Pilates practice. Led by the experienced Claudia, this course is perfect for those new to Pilates or seeking a refresher on the basics.

Throughout the course, you'll discover the many benefits of Pilates, including:

* Improved strength, flexibility, posture, balance, and coordination
* Enhanced core stability and overall body awareness
* Reduced stress and increased mental clarity

Each week, Claudia will guide you through step-by-step progressions, introducing and expanding upon the fundamentals of Pilates. You'll be part of a small, supportive group, fostering connections and friendships along the way.

All necessary equipment will be provided, ensuring you have everything you need for a successful and rewarding experience.
