This course is designed for everyone who wants to get good understanding of yoga practise. We created a structured beginners course when Sophie will be looking after your safety and individual needs. After completing these 6 weeks, you will get confident with
- asana practice - standing, sitting and lying poses,
- relaxation techniques and
- pranayama (working with energies through your breath)
After this course you can confidently enter a room in any yoga studio and join any yoga style that you wish.
This is a course, please make sure you can attend the day in the week you are committing to however if you won't be able to attend one of the days, please contact Kristyna and she will make sure you replace your session in suitable class within your 6 weeks.
