This is a structured beginners course. After completing these 6 weeks, you will get confident with asana practice - standing, sitting and lying poses, relaxation techniques and pranayama (working with energies through your breath). After this course you can confidently enter a room in any yoga studio and join any yoga style that you wish.
If you cannot attend ONE of the days, you will be able to replace the session in different yoga session at the studio within these 6 weeks.
