Whilst you will still work on strong healthy core in more gently way, she will channel her focus towards spinal health, deep stretches and correct posture.

Yoga for core and glutes activation is for very beginners and advanced practitioners.
We will be targeting middle section of our body, pelvic floor and glutes. We will learn to understand deep foundations how to engage our core and how to apply this in yoga asana - by performing poses in a safe and most effective way.
We will use different props as Pilates bawls, Pilates bands, yoga straps, yoga blocks and weights.
We will teach the body to activate the right muscles by performing specific poses.
