Join us for an uplifting Drumming for Wellbeing session, perfect for beginners and those seeking a fun, inclusive, and accessible practice. In this 1.5-hour workshop, Guy will guide you through a hands-on, practical drumming experience that requires no prior musical knowledge.

Drumming for Wellbeing is not about performance; instead, it focuses on fostering connections between like-minded individuals while sharing positive energy, rhythm, and learning how to use a drum to benefit your wellbeing.

* Stimulating the vagus nerve, to calm and soothe our nervous system, helping to reduce stress

Drums are vegan friendly, chairs and all equipment will be provided for your comfort and enjoyment.
