Nourishing Women Circle with Shamanic Drumming Journey 

Do you need to nurture and nourish yourself more? The time of May, the Circle of Taurus is opening its arms hugging us by blossoming smells and seasonal flowers. It is the time to remind, to relearn how to hold ourselves in a gentle and loving way. 

Join us in this deeply healing half day retreat. You will be looked after 2 experienced teachers who will welcome you to beautiful set up space and guide you through many self loving practices as 

COCOA CEREMONY (beautiful heart warming and heart opening ceremony to teach us gratitude and intention settings) 

BREATH WORK (Anapanasati & Pranayma, many physical, mental and spiritual benefits) 

MANTRA CHANTING CIRCLE 

Using Japa Mantra (repetition of Sanskrit mantras) to support meditation and stimulate Vagus nerve for activation of parasympathetic nervous system and building connection with others. 

SHAMANIC DRUMMING JOURNEY 

(Deep state of meditation using visualisation to connect with and spend time with your spirit guide, resources will be provided to read about meanings of any animal guides met on your journey.)

ORACLE CARDS PULLING 

(Developing and supporting our women intuition and intuitive learning, connection to higher self, way how to communicate with universe) 

MEDICAL QI-GONG & GENTLE YOGA TO DESTRESS 

(Medical Qi-Gong is specifically designed flow to release Qi flow in whole body. Gentle yoga will be lead in principle of Trauma Informed Yoga and somatic healing to relax your body and mind. Any tension in your body is trapped stress or trauma. Trauma informed lead session lovingly guides back into the connection with your body and so with your higher self. 

SOUND BATH & REIKI 

Final relaxation will be bathing in different sounds of Tibetan Bowls, Crystal Bowls, Chimes, Harp, Drum whilst you will receive healing of Reiki.
